"Write Down the Middle" is a six-week workshop designed for women in midlife to reclaim their stories, share their experiences, and explore new ways to express themselves. It’s a safe, supportive space where you can step into your creativity, connect with others, and feel empowered through the act of writing.
What You’ll Experience:
Reading & writing: Every week, you’ll engage in curated readings to inspire reflection, followed by guided writing prompts to get your creative juices flowing.
Sharing & connecting: Share your work in a group setting, exchange insights, and find comfort in the shared experiences of others.
Growth & listening: This is your time to grow, listen, and be listened to—without judgment. Every week, you'll create a safe, welcoming space for yourself and others.
This workshop is about more than just putting words on paper. It’s about building confidence, finding your voice, and honoring the complexities of your midlife journey. Whether you're new to writing or have been journaling for years, this group will inspire you to embrace the process of self-expression.
About Your Facilitator
