Wednesdays this summer, 3–4:30 p.m., are for kids, grades 3–7, who could use less screen time and more “analog” activities in their lives. Local authors and artists will lead these low-key weekly gatherings in our Ugly Church Basement. No cell phones, no iPads, no laptops. Just good old-fashioned book discussions, read-alouds, board games, journaling, crafts and more.
Advanced registration is required.
$25 per child per session for author events (includes the cost of a book)
$10 per child per session for non-author events

Aug. 6 – Goblins & Fairies Party with local authors H.M. Bouwman, “Scattergood,” and Payal Doshi, “Rea and the Blood of the Nectar”
Aug. 20 – “The Scott Fenwick Diaries,” with local author Kristin Nilsen, plus creative journaling exercise
